I have suffered from acne on my face and back all my life, so have tried just about everything available including dietary changes, topical treatments, antibiotics, the pill, and Isotretinoin. I was once even told by a doctor to ‘book a holiday in the sun’ as he seemed to think it might clear up my skin! He didn’t realise that I had grown up in Southern Africa, where the sun shines all day long. Now at the age of 47, I have found these capsules, which work for me without side-effects and without the need for a prescription. I really do feel that they treat the root cause of the acne, which is of course hormones. My skin is now the best it has ever been and I no longer wear foundation or concealer as there are no blemishes to cover up. This is truly amazing stuff and I wish that I had found it sooner!

First, I'm not really one to write reviews, but I highly recommend this to anyone with acne / acne scars. I have been using this along side with the supplement, and the spot treatment and my skin is the best it's ever been. I don't like wearing makeup, and these products have made my acne go away and my scars are a lot smaller and less noticeable.
