Delivery & Returns

RETURNS:

This returns policy is separate from the Money-Back Guarantee.

We do not accept returns for non-faulty items, as returned products cannot be resold. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before ordering.

If your item is faulty, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us at skincare@porefavor.com with your order details. We will provide return instructions upon review of your request.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions or are submitted outside the stated timeframe will not be accepted.

DELIVERY:

US Shipping
Free standard shipping (3-5 business days). Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day.
Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $12.

Alaska & Hawaii
Free standard shipping (4-20 business days).

Canada
Standard shipping (5-14 business days) - $6.50 CAD.

Mexico
Standard shipping (5-14 business days) - $10 USD.

International
Tracked shipping - $15. Delivery times vary by country (typically 2-9 business days).

Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Important Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to change it once an order is placed.
We recommend avoiding PO boxes where possible, as some carriers may reject delivery.
