With your first order, you will receive a reusable glass storage jar. Please do not dispose of this jar after your first month. From the second month onwards, you will receive a refill pouch delivered to your mailbox each month.

Guarantee Start Date
For the purposes of this Money-Back Guarantee, the guarantee period begins on the date you receive your first delivery (or the date it is marked as delivered by the carrier), whichever occurs first (the Guarantee Start Date). The required 90-day usage period and the 10-day claim window are both calculated from the Guarantee Start Date unless we provide written approval confirming otherwise.

Packaging Returns Requirement
As part of our Money-Back Guarantee process, we require the return of the glass storage jar and any pouches received. This requirement helps prevent unauthorized resale and helps protect the integrity of our supplement. If we do not receive the required items back, we cannot issue a refund.

Returned jars are not reused. All returned jars are recycled through a local facility.

Return Label and Processing Fee
If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Minimum Usage Period and Claim Submission Deadline
To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, you must use the product consistently at the recommended intake of 2 capsules per day for a minimum of 90 consecutive days, starting from the Guarantee Start Date. This minimum period is essential because supporting underlying skin balance can take time.

You must submit your claim within 10 days after the end of the 90-day period, calculated from the Guarantee Start Date. If approved, your refund will cover the full amount paid for the bottles, less the $10 processing fee.

You cannot claim the guarantee with an opened packet/ an unfinished packet - using the capsules for more than the 90 day window will void your guarantee

This Money-Back Guarantee is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law and does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

We reserve the right to refuse, deny, or cancel any Money-Back Guarantee claim where we reasonably believe the claim is invalid, fraudulent, abusive, made in bad faith, or does not comply with these Terms (including the return requirements and claim submission timeframes). Our decision will be final to the extent permitted by law.
